6.0 - exported avi is too wide?

I'm capturing a few clips to my PC from my NTSC DV camera, slapping them together in Premiere 6.0, and outputting an avi file. When I open it in Windows Media Player, it is too wide. The file properties say 720 x 480.

In Premiere, in Settings viewer, everything is set 720 x 480. Everything is 0.9 aspect ratio. And the aspect ratio looks fine.

Any idea what it is that I'm doing wrong?
