5SI - Selecting a tray does not work!

I have one user on a windows 95 client who prints to the HP 5Si in one of our offices. Everyone else in the office (a couple on 95 the rest on W2K) can select which tray to print to however even though this user can physicaly choose say tray 3 or 3 it still prints out from tray 1.

I have tried reinstalling drivers but still the same problem occurs.

Where are you installing the drivers - on the client or the print server?

Hi, they are installed on the client as it is a windows 95 based machine. The 2k machines get their drivers off the server. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the settings, drivers, apps versopms, etc., on this client in comparison with the other Win95 machines?

Is the version of whatever application this client is using the same or different from the other Win95 machines?
