One of my users is having difficulties emailing to a specific email address in the asian continent. He can receive emails from the customer without any issues, but if he replies or emails the customer directly, the customer in asia never receives the email.
Telneting to the ip address on port 25 is fine up until setting the RCPT TO: command. I enter in the recipient's email and I receive an error message back that says:
598 Rejected Mail
I googled this error message and could only find the answer in chinese, which unfortunately I do not speak or read.
Has anyone seen this before and if so do you know what it means? The only thing I can think of is that we're somehow blocked from emailing on their end, either through their own setup of blacklists or something.
