Getting error 57324 on the CallPilot. It seem to only be affecting when the system outcalls to a phone for notification you hear the greeting then system says to press 1. After user presses 1 you don't hear anything and the system eventualy drops you. The corrective action says to re-install the Language.Is this a complicated task? Also what is the risk factor?

Not a complicated task at all. Just insert the appropriate language CD into the CD drive and run Config Wizard. The risk factor is only that the CallPilot will be out of service until Config Wizard is complete and you reboot.
