I don't have the ability to do a MCT within my Avaya CM 5.2 but require the ability to do a malicious call trace for AT&T to track external threatening call to my PBX operator every night.
Do I forward digits *57 to the ARS table? I keep getting intercept tone. I tried setting the digits in the dialplan and feat, but obviously don't know how to make this work.
