56xx replace load files

5610 stopped working. was running firmware 2.9010
now when its plugged in
2-3 secs then displays initializing
1 sec displays inflate failed
1sec displays restarting...d
phone reboots & starts the cycle again.

it looks like the phone can't load a boot file. is it possible to replace / reload the boot files on a 5610?

thanks for any help
