Does anyone know how to find which firmware is currently on the 5610 and 5620 IP phones? I can find the IP Office versions easy enough, but that on the phone itself remains elusive.

It comes with Manager application on admin CD. You should not use any other firmware - it would be asking for trouble...

Concurn with mforrence. Its a real pain that the Avaya terminals division is on a different schedule for the Avaya SMBS division but we can't change that.

And if you meant find out what version the phone has actually loaded, the nearest is Hold 8 4 3 9 # (Hold V I E W #).
