5650- Some language in French, some English

Hello,

We installed an HP 5650 printer last night (Sony Vaio, Win. XP, 192 Ram), and some parts have installed in French. When I hit "print", that screen is in English. However when I hit "properties" from that screen, it is all in French.

I've read the manual and tried the help feature but I cannot figure out how to change the language. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried removing the software and reinstalling? This time choose the drivers from the Eng or English folder on your cd?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
