Hello,
I have some 5624 phones that seem to be losing connectivity to the phone system. At least that's the best way I can describe it. When a person places a call it just says connecting and hangs there. If they place another call right after that, the call goes though fine. It then works for until the phones sit idle for random amounts of time (15 Min to an hour), and does this again.
Power save is off on the phones, firmware is up to date - 6.0
I have talked to Mitel on, sent them a call capture that they reviewed:
Reviewed the capture. There were a few calls in there, but I will presume that 2142 is the 5624 DN, and 2145 was the destination.
The first call was rejected by the MCD -sort of.
MCD sent a 401, just as it should, but the set should have sent back another invite with credentials - but none came.
So either the 401 from MCD did not make it to the 5624, or the 5624 ignored it.
have tested a couple times doing a constant ping to the wireless phone while testing a call that hangs and the ping never drops so it looks like they are connected to the network fine
Using Cisco Meraki MR52 AP's on the latest firmware version - 25.9. These are not on the approved list, so I'm sure that's where support with Mitel will end. I am looking to see if anyone has any answers, Been banging my head on this for a while.
