5621 Ip VPN phone connection issue at home with linksys ea4500 router

I've got a 5610 vpn phone setup and working in the office on a separate network that doesn't flow through our firewall and phone connects & I can dial out. This network is using a netgear n900 wndr4500v3 router. I took phone home to test and it would not work with linksys ea4500. Would vpn pass through help here? I also, tried setting static ip & router no luck.

or is this working a fluke due to both internet connections being from windstream?
