Hello,
I have been using this 5610sw for a while. Didn't change anything on it. Actually I was home and could see that I was logged in with my extension except that the phone seemed frozen. I unplugged the ethernet cable to power cycle the phone. Once back on, the lights are red for a second or two, then it shows "Initializing" (a second), then it shows the firmware to be loaded ("Loading: <<<number of seconds here>>>) and the counter shows seconds and nothing else happens. It is stuck trying to boot up the software. Counting seconds forever. Is the phone fried?
