I'm having a curious problem here, and was hoping somebody might be able to shed some light on the situation...

We have around 20 or so 5602SW IP phones connected to our 406, and they all work great. System was installed about 2 months ago. Still not having any problems with them.

We also have 5 5610SW IP phones connected to the same 406. These manager phones were installed at the same time as the 406 itself, and, the 20 or so 5602s... They've never had any problems either.

Likewise, we have a single 5620SW IP phone connected to the same 406, again, installed the same time, no problems, etc... Up till now...

The 5602s all still work. No exceptions. The 5610s and the 5620 are all having the same problem. First off, you can not hear a dial tone on them. Nothing I do lets me hear a dial tone. Second, if you dial an extention (even with no dial tone), the call still goes through, however, you can not hear the person you are calling - they can hear you, however. Incoming calls still make the phone ring, the caller just can not hear the user of the phone. In all other respects, it still works fine. Can check voicemail, phone display is still working, showing the directory, etc, incoming caller id, everything else...

Again, it's just the 5610s and the 5620, nobody else is having thie problem. Thoughts?
