I've got a 5610 thats been disconnected for a couple of months, now it doesn't work. Phone goes through the motions and stops at Discover: 10.0.0.61 Phone IP is 10.0.0.98 Can ping both addresses, can't think of any changes to the IPO406 v2

Do a "Hold, CLEAR" on the handset and try entering the parameters again :)

First press Hold (leave the handset on the PHONE!) then press CLEAR (25327) # and # again.

Also depending on how your network is setup you might neet to enter a VLANID, you better should ask you BP how he set this up.

In fact you will need to boot the phone and then press * to programme when prompted during the boot phase, it needs to be logged in for Hold, CLEAR (You press hold then type CLEAR on the keypad to resel all values)

Start up the phone, when it displays "press * to program" then press * and repeatingly press # until you get the message "enter command", the press the HOLD key followed by CLEAR (25327) and then #.
So sequentially you press HOLD25327#, it will ask if you want to erase all settings, confirm that by pressing the appropriate key.
