5610SW IP VPN Phones Auto Logon?

Got an IP 500v1 running release 4.1.9 (yeah an oldie, and needs to be upgraded; but customer is holding out...) - We added 4 - 5610SW IP's at a remote site, and anytime the phones reboot/loose power,etc... the users must re- enter their extension to log back on the phones. Is there a way to 'auto-logon' the sets?

You must create user or extension that match users or extensions.
If they do then uncheck the option "force login"
