5610 VPN Firmware.

Hi,

We've been trying to use the VPN firmware for the 5610 from this page:

But our distributer says that only Avaya US will provide the password for the Zip file to the US distributers and that we can't get the firmware.

Does anyone know the password, or know of somewhere else or another way to get the VPN firmware?
