5610 set won't firmware upgrade beyond R 2.300.

Anyone seen an issue of a 5610 set not firmware upgrading beyond R 2.300. Callsvr and Filesvr settings have been doublechecked on the sets in question. Other 5610 sets on the same network upgrade fine. Reregistering the sets via SSA, manual unplug have no affect. TFTP server is up.

I recall someone on here struggling with this issue within the last couple of weeks or so, I believe they ended up changing the handset out/DOA'ing it
