5610 Continuous Ringing

Hi All,

IP500 running latest (as at now) software. One 5610 handset intermittantly (once every day or so) is on a call, and receives a 2nd call. 1st call is cleared, 2nd call is unanswerable on this handset. Other handsets are able to pick up the call, but this first handset continues to ring.

Problem is solved by unplugging the handset & plugging it back in again.

All help greatly appreciated!!
 
I like your name, but i dont know why this would happen.

Maybe the handset has anetwrok issue whereby it nloses sight of the IPO temporarily whilst doing whatever it is doing?

Are there any other handsets on the same switch?

Can you capture it on a trace with h323 events enabled?
