IP500 running latest (as at now) software. One 5610 handset intermittantly (once every day or so) is on a call, and receives a 2nd call. 1st call is cleared, 2nd call is unanswerable on this handset. Other handsets are able to pick up the call, but this first handset continues to ring.
Problem is solved by unplugging the handset & plugging it back in again.
All help greatly appreciated!!
