I have an IPO500 V4 with 12 5610 IP Phones. Users dial out without the prefix "9". I use the default short code (Code: ?, Tel Number: ., Feature: Dial, Line Group id: 0). The problem is that when a user try to call a number from the "Missed" and "Incoming Answered" Call Log the system put the number "9" in front of the number and dials a wrong number. If they try to dial from the "Outgoing" Call Log system dial the number without putting the prefix "9" in front. Is there any programming to remove the added prefix from the Call Log for the "Missed" and "Incoming Answered" logs?

Sounds like you have the prefix entered in the line form. Or it is possible that your 46xxsettings.txt file includes the line "SET PHNOL 9".

Either change will require a reboot. The phones will have to reboot to download the new 46xxsettings.txt file the system will have to reboot when changing the line information.

IP Phone's by default adds 9 for missed calls, you have to have a line in 46xxsettings file like this SET PHNOL "".

Just add the shortcode so calls route with a "9". won't do any harm!
