Hi Guys,

I am trying to register a 5560 IPT to a CXi controller running MCD5.0.

The 5560 complaints that TFTP not available.

DHCP Options are fine for other IP Phones, using option 125 and option 3 basically. 128, 129 and 130 are not programmed.

Vlan1 is for data and 2 for voice, this is programmed on option 125.

Any ideas why 5560 it's not registering/finding TFTP (The 3300)??

Regards,

Daniel

try programming the old options.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Yes, it probably needs to connect via the 128, 129 etc before it can download an update to recognise the 125 options.

Sorted!!

The 5560 had some Teleworker programing in it, I just deleted the T/worker IP and rebooted. It wasn't necesary to use old options.

Thanks guys,

Regards,

Daniel
