One of our customers has got 3 5560 IPT Phones connected to a 3300 MXe.

They recently asked us to record all incomming/outgoing calls of those three 5560s.

The question is: What do we need?

MBG and Third Party Voice Recording Application?

These people is asking for 50 hour recording time on each of the 5560.

What third party application works well with Mitel?

Regards,

Daniel

Rebox, ASC , Cybertech all work ok

You will need to buy the MBG with some SRC licences if you want to record internal and external

Never tried it on these phone but you can record to a mailbox in the embedded voicemail, record to a mailbox on a Nupoint or go with a stand alone recording solution from Nice or ASC etc. Since the voice is encrypted on the 3300 you have to either shut it off or go with a SRC within the MBG. The SRC ( Secure recording connector basically unencypts the voice on the phones ). Not sure how well some of these solutions scale to only 3 phones price wise.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
