5560 IP Turret Questions

Still mulling this over. Can anyone comment on the points below?

1. I am hearing the 5560 does not support multicall on the prime line of either the master or slave. True or false? (Don't know, this could be a potential deal-breaker)

2. Per the feature matrix, the 5560 appears not to support Ringing Line Select (COS feature). REALLY????? :-(
