5550IP console with 5212IP Phone

What is the best way to have call answered from 5550IP console along with a 5212IP phone.

This is a 3300ICP w/8.0.9 sw.

Softkey 3 is assigned 3435 for main number.

Softkey 7 is assigned 2307.

on 5212 keys 1 and 2 are assigned 2307.

Calls come in on a digital link (R2 E1).

Customer wants person at 2307 to answer calls as well.

There was a feature enhancement recently to allow pickup from console. I havent used it so I don't know how to set up nut I believe there is a cos option to enable.

Hi LooPretnav, You Need to enable the:

Allow Directed Call Pickup of Attendant Call

COS option and then use the Directed Pickup feature code.
