hello,
Is there a way to program incoming calls to 6x 5550 ip-console as a huntgroup, so not all consoles ring collective, but as rotary or longest waiting.
I have made softkeys on the consoles, but now all consoles ring collective.

Consoles are not designed to work this way.

Even if a way can be found to emulate your need, I would not recommend it as whatever method you use to "break" the design would most likely break something else you want.

Hi

Just in relation to your thread are the 5550s connected to different controllers?. If so how did you manage to get all the consoles to ring at the same time?

All 5550 are on the same controller, but on 3 different lokations.
I think a customer with 6 consoles should be able to work like a huntgroup, and not all-at-once.
In the netherlands this is a normal working procedure.

When it is not extreemly busy, and a call comes in, all 6 operators try to answer the call, but only 1 will get the call. To the other 5 operators this feels like a lost call.
