Hi guys,

does anyone know if it is possible to queue a call on a busy station using 5550 IP console or MiVoice Business console?

For example: an external caller A calls the console and wishes to talk to B. The console tries to transfer but B is busy. B HAS NO CAMPON!
Standard behaviour: it is not possible to release the call, it would immediately result in a recall to the operator.

Wished scenario: the console should become idle, the transferred call waits "behind" the busy station B, and if B becomes idle within a specified time the waiting call A rings B immediately.
If B does not become idle within specified time the console is recalled.

Campon is generally deactivated!

Thank you very much.

you need camp-on for any scenario that would make this work.
