5550 IP console

Customer is providing DHCP for all phones. Phones work ok but console keeps disconnecting. MAC= 08:00:0f:23:fd:ad this MAC on the MCD is 172.17.2.48 yet on the customers side it is 172.17.2.207, I guess one is the keypad and one the PC which is plugged into the keypad.
Is this right?

Do you have the latest SW for the 5550?

I've seen this a lot when the PC is running Win7 64bit and the 5550 software is not compatible.
