5550 IP console

3300 running 4.2. I have a 5550 console with softkey 3 set up as answer point for inbound calls. I have a speed call number of 0xxx to actual number 7xxx. call comes in and ring correctly, but i dont get caller id. all that is displayed is 7xxx (the dn of softkey) and the trunk number. Caller id works on all other did's (the ext dn's match the last 4 receved from telco). What else should I look at besides COS?

Check the CCS Trace to see if Caller ID is arriving.

Then make sure the COS of the console has the appropriate options.
