Hi all,

is it possible to have a call ring the console and another handset(5224) at the same time? you cannot put a multicall on a console.

I don't think it's possible however the closest you can get is by using call rerouting..(1st alt, 2nd alt)

By making the extn ring on a console (any console, not just a 5550) you are creating an attendant broadcast group.

Unlike a multiline set broadcast group, an attendant broadcast group can only appear on an attendant console.
