5550 IP console not working

I cannot get the IP console to register to ICP. It has worked for 2 years, now it has stopped. Checked all wiring! I have a red light on top left of console, it sees ICP and registers its MAC, but will not get the static IP from the ICP. Tried changing key pad.... still the same.

Can you ping the telephone system?
Has the firewall been enabled on the computer?

yes, i can ping it.... no firewall on computer.. Like I said, I can send the MAC address to the ICP, just cannot get my IP address, state shows "out of service"..

It sounds like the console is successful in the first DHCP discovery but not the second after switching VLANS. Plug a regular phone with a display using the Console LAN cable and observe the sequence and where it fails.

I have this is many businesses. I also say that if they have this problem to program a port just with the voice vlan. ensure that only your console is connected to this port.

Your console will then boot up fine.

Other than that, has someone changed something on the network. Upgrade?
