Hi,
MCD 4.2, 5550 IP Console version 4
Does anyone know how to factory reset a Console keypad, after a change of IP address of my 3300 and Console, its registered ok with the 3300 picking up an IP address but when I run the config wizard it seems to still look for the old address as well as the new address so it seems to see 2 ICP's. I've tried un-installing and re-installing the Console Software but it still thinks there are 2 ICP's and during the wizard its seems to say its found the 3300 on the new IP Address but when the wizard ends it says connected to ICP on 192.168.10.17 which is the old address. I thought it may have been picking this up from the 3300 but its the same on another 3300. It's the same if I try installing the Software on another PC.
The Keypad picks up an IP Address ok off the 3300, you can ping it from the PC and ping the 3300 but the Console Application once started up just keep searching for the 3300 cycling between the 2 ICP Address.
Its completly standalone, no clusters. Its driving me nuts.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
