This is the first 5550 console I have installed since certification training. I prefer the 5540 unfortunately, I had no option since the customer's corporate office dictated what was purchased.

The console I am working on does not show any BLF for any of the devices on the system. If the ADF option was selected during installation will it not allow the console to "see" the other devices on the system?

I have set up a virtual PKM on a virtual phone and will be going to the property soon to see if I can fix their BLF on the console.

If ADF disables the BLF cfg file, will I need to reinstall the console to get things to function properly?

Nevermind, I got it to work and ADF does not disable the BLF but what a pain in the butt to program the BLF list.

"The only problem with common sense is that it's not that common
