5550 console using call history and postgresql where are previous/past days call records found?

Update, I can display previous Call History Data by searching either from the Call History tab or the My Call history Tab and entering the desired date of the call records I want.
Here is my question, how donI print the data I have now displayed on the screen? I can't highlight it, I can't do Control print screen, and I don't even see any print options.

IF its a W7 client does the snip tool work ( search for snip at windows 7 search bar ). You would need to snip the info on the screen then print it or paste it to word. Not sure if it would work.
