5550 console queue

On MXe controller, I have a problem with the 5550 console ( I think... ). When you make calls from outside, them are routed to a welcome message and when you listen to this, the call is transfered with the operator ( 5550 console ) On high traffic, some calls receive the welcome message but just before transfering and listen the " transfering with the operator " message, the call is disconnected.
I don´t know the reason for this problem: Has the 5550 console a limit queue? and then the call is deflected to an overflow position which i´ve not set???

I would assume that the issue is with the device that is transfering the call.

Have you considered using ACD Path programming to provide the message and then interflow to the attendant. This would eliminate the "you are being transfered" glitch.
 
This device is a voice mail port, but I don´t know why
some calls are disconnected and other progress correctly if I´ve programmed these ports in the same way.
how I can program an ACD Path programming as you consider??
 
You need to set up a couple of VM ports as RAD ports.

Put the VM Rad ports in a RAD Hunt Group.

Under ACD Programming:
Agent Group
- Create an Agent Group (DN doesn't matter)
- Select the option to allow calls without agents logged in

Path
- Create Path (DN doesn't Matter)
- Assign agent group created aove
- Set 1st recording time to 0 minutes 1 second
- Assign 1st recording DN (VM RAD)
- Enable Interflow (halfway down list of options)
- Set interflow timer to value greater than message length
- set interflow DN as the console LDN
Optional:
Set the Path Interflow List to 1
In the Path interflow list assignment form you can designate dial 1 for this, 2 for that, etc
