Console running 4.2.2.19 software
Windows 7 64 Bit
Citrix environment
vMCD running 6.X (virtual MCD)
2 sites same issue - Sites in different cities
The console has been running in this environment for quite some time without issues
No known changes have been made to the environment
The vMCD(s) are running out of a remote datacenter (I think both vMCD's are in the same datacenter but am not 100% sure)
[ul]
[li]The console(s) are working in every respect except for the Phonebook and BLF fields which are blank.[/li]
[li]The really weird part is if you type a letter in the search field of the phonebook, all matching records appear[/li]
[li]Nothing shows up in the BLF field no matter what is done.[/li]
[li]Everything has been reset, restarted, reconfigured, reinstalled without success.[/li]
[li]Normally I would be calling Mitel by now but this customer has chosen to hold off on SWA[/li]
[/ul]
This feels like a port blocking issue but the only ports I can find specific to the 5550 are 9000 and 9002 (UDP Voice)
**********************************************
What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
