5550 Console keypad volume reset after 911 call is activated

Hi all,

I'm new tech with Mitel world. Currently, we have a cluster with 2 - 3300. It's connected with IP Trunk. In controller 1, it has 5 Per nodes. In controller 2, it has 3 Per nodes. I believe with all the latest software version.

The Mitel installer setup to ring IP set 5330 when someone dials or misdials 911. The operator will press Emergency button to review information and clear it. However, the Volume is reset (really soft) at 5550 keypad soft console. As you aware, people misdial 911 because we require 9 to access outside line.

Is there a known issue with this? The Mitel tech is working with support but seems not going anywhere. Please help ! I don't have all information about the new system, but I can get it. Thanks a million!
