5550 Console- Comments field on BLF

Hello
We recently had a Mitel 3330 system installed and have a 5550 at our reception desk. When we look at the BLF on the 5550 we can see a comments field but it is greyed out. Does anyone know how to enable that field so we can use it to enter information?

Hi, just close the application, re-run the config wizard, and at the third page of it ("additional database fields", hit browse next to the bottom line ("full directory path for comment file"), then hit open without touching anything else, there should now be a path in that line, hit next until the wizard ends, and the comments will be available.

I put a path in Comments field directory path location and it looks like there is now a Comments.csv file in the location but in the 5550 I still cannot enter any info into that field. I did notice that the other two file paths in the Additional Database fields were empty. Do we need to use those in order for the comments field to work?
I also did enable the Additional Database fields in the Tools>options.

If you are opening the wizard again will the selected path for comments show up in the 3rd textfield.
If no, run it again.

You need full access to that path (read/write)

FYI - Do not modify the other 2 filds unless you want to populate the Directory using Alternate Database Files.
