5550 Console Call Rerouting

We have a customer who we had set up for call rerouting on their operator console to roll over to a group. Now that group has decided they don't want to take any operator calls and we've been asked to set up alternate routes that the operator decides on daily.

The only way I know of how to do this is to have her call foward the console to a different location, but unless I am wrong, i thought that you couldn't call forward a console, only set it as operator absent or night mode and rely on the preprogrammed call reroute first / second / always.

Is there a way to call forward a 5550 console to different locations?

So, when the group will take calls, you want the console to be called first ? then reroute calls to hte group if she doesn't answer ? I'm right ?

Now, it's about French users too !!!
