Hi all
I face a new problem today in my site :
when a operator answer incoming calls as PRI or CO line ,a soft key appears on F1 key that show " Non-RLT" I have to press this key and then I will be able to transfer the incoming line.
also I tried on internal(extension) and outgoing but I did not see this problem ,just in incoming line it happens.
please share your experience.it is emergency.
