Is there any way of finding out call stats on an operator 5550 console like call answering times/abandoned callers/transfers to certain destinations. I dont think the call history can do this and dont have the luxury of having call accounting.
on the SX2000 traffic reports can be setup to track statistics against the console. These can be dumped to a printer or you can view through maintenance commands. If you have multiple operators you can also setup each with a login so you can track against individuals. I believe the 3300 has retained this.
