554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host

We are running an Exchange Server, V 5.5 Someone is trying to send mail into our Company and it bounces back with the following error message:
554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host

Any ideas? When the same user sends email to me on hotmail, yahoo etc. it works just fine.

There are problems with binary mime (8bitmime) in Exchange 5.5. Your client receives the following text in an NDR.

"554 5.6.1 Body type not supported by Remote Host."

Tell the user to send in text only as a test.
