We have no message size limits set on either our Exchange server or the SMTP server. I was able to receive a 32 mb file no problem. We do have mailbox quotas set at 250000 kb. Any ideas out there?

Do you have a firewall or use a box from the provider ?

Sometimes they have limits set as well
