I have a 5500G with the EI load with two discontiguos subnets on it, .2.0/25 and .4.128/25. I have two vlans, 2 and 4, configured in which each corresponding subnet lives. The address for vlan 2 is .2.125 and for vlan 4 is .4.251. The hosts on the subnets use those addresses as their default gateways.
I can route between the two subnets perfectly. My problem is this: I want to have vlan 2 use .2.126 as its default gateway and vlan 4 use .4.254 as its default gateway. It seems I can only set one default gateway.
Is there a way to setup ACL or source based routing?
The reason I need this is that my downstream firewall seems to be having issues with a packet going out interface 1 (the .2.126 interface) and coming back in interface 2 (the .4.254 interface).
Thanks!
