We are working on a 5500 IP console on a 8.0.11.7 Mxe system. I was finally able to get the console to come online but for some reason I can only ge tit to display 8 BLF for users out of about 70 or 80. is there something simple that we are missing? Please post any suggestions you may have. Everything seems to work fine otherwise on the console just not this.

Is the console on a different network perhaps ?
Maybe there is a broadcast blocked or something simular

Have you got a BLF appearence in the system of them all? The console only picks up one's that have a BLF appearence.
You have two options:
1) Make sure all of the extensions are in the remote BLF Form
2) Create a dummy extension with a 96 key pkm and add them all in.
Then when you go back to the console you'll find them all there
