550 Relay Prohibited

I've been recently told that Goldmine is not sending email to external recipients, however, it is sending to internal. So I've checked the smtp/pop settings for that user. Everything seems to be pointed correctly. I've also added the goldmine server as a relay in Exchange. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From my experience, I had to add all the internal workstations' IP addresses as allowed to relay.

I'm not sure I've added, the ip address for my machine to the list of "Hosts and Clients with these IP Addresses" with in my exchange 5.5 routing rules and no luck.

Is there something else I'm missing?
