550 5.7.1 Unable to Relay for (username@domain.com)

Ok guys we have a Hosted Exchange server with about 15 domains on it. Every single user in every single domain is working perfect except for one. In the domain in which he resides every other user is also working correctly. He is not a new user and he has been receiveing mail just fine up until a couple of days ago.
He can send mail anywhere(outside and inside) and he can receive mail from the inside of his domain and any other domain in the hosted exchange. When anyone from outside tries to email him they get the error message
Remote host said :550 5.7.1 Unable to Relay for (username@domain.com)
I have recreated the recipient policy, restarted services etc etc. and i just cant figure out what is going on with his account. I have even recreated his account and tested it to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

so the sender got the 5.7.1 while trying to send to your_email@YOURdomain.com?
Then check the Authentication of SMTP and allow annon.
generally....but it seems to be fine on otherservers... so next I would look towards his account and delivery restrictions to his mailbox....
