5448PKM with 5330/5340

I have been trying to find info on whether these will work with above phones can anyone point me in the direction of any more info on this.

53xx handsets do not support PKM at the moment, but a new PKM is soon to be released which will also be self labeling

Most users of a PKM want them for BLF/DSS. If you have the 5340 sets be aware that only the first 24 (23 if you don't count the prime DN key) can be used for BLF/DSS. Pretty much the same thing with the 5330 sets where only the first 12 can be used for BLF/DSS. Hopefully Mitel changes that in a future release.
