5420D phone problem

We are running a IP412 version 3.1(56) with two digital stations version 5.1 (56). We haven't made any changes to software or hardware for the past year. Today we have a 5420D phone saying "imcompatible". If I replace it with a new phone or a known working phone it comes up saying the same thing. So I am wondering if I am having a problem with that port. All other ports are being used and we are not having any issues. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Maybe the port is screwed?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACS - IP Office Implement
ACE - IP Office Implement
ACI - IP Office Implement
 
If that phone works in a different port, the port is screwed.

Have you tried a reboot?

I haven't rebooted the IP412 or the digital boxes yet because I don't want to bring everyone down in the call center. I will reboot it tonight and see what happens.
