5420D IS NOT WORKING

Dear All,
I am facing an issue now. I just upgraded an Avaya IPO500 5.0.8 to 5.0.26. there are 21 digital phones totally(20X5402 and 1X5420D). After upgrading the IPO, the 5420D is showing "please wait". i just waited almost one hour. still it is showing "Please wait". Can anybody help me to solve this issue.

The phones want to upgrade but cannot find the 5420_R6.bin file
Check in the system for what is set as the tftp server and run the correct file server on that server.

Set the tftp ip address to the pc using manager. Open manager back up after saving and it should allow the phone to upgrade.
