hi all
can some one tell me the difference between a 5420 and a 2420 ?

Same phone except 5410 is cheaper list price. Both work on IP Office. 5410 wont work on CM. Just a pricing strategy by Avaya. 5410 is a less expensive 2410 hobbled by Avaya to prevent it from working on CM.
