I have a problem with an IP403 DS 3.0(44).
Customer has 5410's with headsets and phone manager.
When they answer a call with phone manager it defaults to speaker even though they have the headset button on and off hook operation turned on.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Sadly true, need to hassle Avaya to get a feature request for Phone Manager to have a headset button (good luck waiting several years for that).

Real shame is that all those button features for phones can't be assigned to virtual button in Phone Manager.

Your nearest bet is to try setting up a shortcode using headset toggle and assign it to a speed dial icon (however I suspect headset toggle does just that and can't be used for call answering).

On my system I get the call in my headset.

Currently I'm on a 3.2 system but as I remember this also worked in 3.1 65 and 3.1 22.
