Hi Lads.

I have something strange on my phone. Instead of my name or extension number in the lower part of screen i see "PLEASE CALL me2".

Any Idea what this might be?
I have checked the configuration and my voice mail but there is nothig there.

Is your message waiting light on as well?

Messages can be sent from Softconsole and are displayed in the same way you describe. If this is a softconsole message then accessing your voicemail will clear it.

if you are using busy indicator buttons as well. if you are on the phone and some has your user button and they press it. they will be greeted with a list of 4 options. vmail, callback, message, ring through. if they press the message it will light your phone mwi and tell you to call that ext name.

Ok, so now how I can change it so I`ll get my name again?
I have checked the voice mail, nothing there, nobody use soft console up here, not even phone manager.

There is no light on my phone that indicate voice mail message.

What happens if you just pickup the handset ?
It should go away
Or unplug the phone and plug it back in
